AJP Nordic to race the PR7 at Gotland Grand National 2026

UPCOMING EVENTS

AJP Nordic will participate in the Gotland Grand National 2026, taking place from October 22 to 24, 2026, in Hejdeby, on the island of Gotland, Sweden.

Known as the world’s largest enduro race, Gotland Grand National has become one of the most recognised events in the enduro calendar. First held in 1984, the race returns in 2026 for its 43rd edition, bringing together thousands of riders from different countries for a weekend shaped by racing, community and tough Nordic terrain.

AJP Nordic will line up in the Adventure Class with Kristian Ölvestad and AJP ambassador Joacim Boive, both riding their AJP PR7 motorcycles.

The Adventure Class follows a three-hour race format, where riders aim to complete as many laps as possible within the time available, with both distance and pace playing a key role in the final result.

One of the most striking moments of Gotland Grand National is the start, with hundreds of motorcycles launching across an open field at the same time. With more than 3,000 competitors across multiple classes, the event is not only a race, but a true meeting point for the enduro community.

Held just outside Visby, a historic town with more than a thousand years of trading history, the event combines one of Sweden’s most iconic locations with one of the most intense enduro race environments in the world.

For Kristian Ölvestad and Joacim Boive, Gotland Grand National will be another opportunity to put the AJP PR7 into a demanding race setting, a three-hour challenge where endurance, control and off-road capability will matter from the first lap to the last.

AJP Nordic’s participation reinforces the growing presence of the PR7 within the Nordic adventure and enduro scene, taking the motorcycle into one of the most important off-road events in Sweden.
