AJP Nordic took part in the Forza Orza Enduro Festival, held from August 20 to 22, 2026, in Orsa, Sweden, with Kristian Ölvestad and AJP ambassador Joacim Boive riding their AJP PR7 motorcycles in the Adventure Class.

 

Set in Orsa Grönklitt, in the Dalarna region, Forza Orza brought together the worlds of enduro and hard enduro in a demanding natural setting, with forest tracks, steep elevation changes and technical terrain.

 

For Joacim Boive, the event became a particularly meaningful milestone. Riding his AJP PR7, Joacim completed an official enduro competition on an adventure motorcycle as an amputee, a result he describes as a world-first achievement.

 

 

The track proved to be a serious challenge, combining loose gravel, large rocks, steep climbs and descents, as well as traditional Swedish enduro terrain with mud and more rocks. Joacim completed one lap of the course, achieving his main goal for the event: to finish the race and not place last.

 

He finished 304th out of 333 overall and 6th out of 7 in the Adventure Class, after pushing through a physically demanding race where his heart rate reached a peak of 190 bpm.

 

For the PR7, Forza Orza was another opportunity to show its capability in a real off-road race environment. The motorcycle was taken far beyond a typical adventure ride, into a technical enduro setting where control, durability and rider confidence were tested throughout the course.

 

AJP Nordic’s participation at Forza Orza reinforces the presence of the PR7 within the Nordic adventure and enduro community, while Joacim’s achievement adds a powerful human story to the event.

 

The next challenge for Joacim Boive and AJP Nordic will be the Gotland Grand National, taking place in October.
