A group of AJP riders recently took part in an adventure journey across Morocco in partnership with Glocal Adventure Tours, a Portuguese company specialized in off-road motorcycle expeditions and guided adventure travel.

The trip took place between February 13 and 18, 2026, bringing together riders equipped with AJP PR7 motorcycles for several days of exploration across the Moroccan desert.

 

 

The route included demanding off-road stages between Errachidia, Merzouga and Zagora, covering hundreds of kilometers of desert tracks, dunes and remote terrain typical of the Sahara region.

During the journey, riders experienced a wide variety of conditions, from long gravel tracks to technical sand sections around the Erg Chebbi dunes, one of Morocco’s most iconic desert landscapes.

 

 

With 11 AJP motorcycles participating in the expedition, the trip also attracted curiosity from locals and other travelers, offering riders the opportunity to introduce the Portuguese-built adventure motorcycle to new audiences along the route.

The Morocco expedition highlighted the versatility of the AJP PR7, a lightweight adventure motorcycle designed to handle long-distance travel and challenging off-road terrain.
