On 16 May 2026, Lukáš Kolenička took part in Sand Adventure Challenge 2026 in Borský Mikuláš, Slovakia, racing the AJP PR7 Black Edition in one of the few local events focused on large adventure motorcycles in sand terrain.

 

The event brought riders to a setting where deep sand, bike control and physical endurance played a central role. For Lukáš, it was also a chance to put more time on the PR7 in the conditions where traction, balance and throttle response make a visible difference.

 

 

The AJP PR7 Black Edition used in the race was equipped with the original AJP Power Kit, including different headers, ECU adjustment and performance exhaust. This setup was chosen to give the bike a stronger response, a more direct engine feel and a sound that matches the character of the ride.

 

Lukáš finished the race in 3rd place, securing a podium result for AJP Slovakia and the PR7 Black Edition.

 

 

For AJP, this result is another example of the PR7 being used in real terrain, outside controlled test conditions and far from a standard road ride. Sand is not forgiving. It asks for momentum, control and confidence from both rider and machine.
